BEFORE YOU BID:
The winning bid shall be considered an agreement to buy and is final. This asset is listed and sold on an "AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS" condition as of the date of sale. Bidders are required to conduct due diligence research prior to placing bids.
Please ask any and all questions pertaining to the property prior to bidding. If you are unsure about ANYTHING regarding this property, do not place a bid. If you do ask a question and do not receive a satisfactory answer, do not place a bid.
Your winning bid is a contract to purchase this property.
We expect the winning bidder to pay according to the terms of the auction within three (3) business days of the auction close date.
We are required to report non-paying bidders to the auction host and are told that non-paying bidders will be excluded from future site use.
AFTER THE AUCTION:
Upon completion of this auction, the winning bidder will receive an email out-lining closing instructions. The email will contain links to pay for the auction via check or credit card. There is a Buyers documentation / preparation cost associated with this auction. Click here for information.
We expect the winning bidder to pay the Purchase Price in full within three (3) business days of the auction close date.
AFTER WINNING BIDDER HAS PAID
The winning bidder will receive a package from us via US Priority Mail. This package will contain a the contracts specified in the auction posting in the name or names of the buyer(s), plat maps, pictures, and related material pertinent to the specific property purchased. The documents will require signature and notarization on the part of the winning bidder. If the property is to be paid for, a term sale contract will be included in the package. If the property is sold and paid in full, the winning bidder should then send the package (as instructed) to the county for recording along with a check between the amounts of $7.00 and $18.00 depending on the county. The package will contain complete instructions with phone numbers and address information. The entire process from payment should take about two weeks.
