All of auctions or sales require a $200 documentation preparation fee. This fee is payable by the method of the buyer's choice and due three days from the auction close date (this fee covers the cost of hosting the auction).
This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the buyer to the seller.
